使用者發現其帳號或密碼被他人非法使用或有使用異常的情況的，應及時根據薩爾文公佈的處理方式通知薩爾文，並有權通知薩爾文採取措施暫停該帳號的登錄和使用。
薩爾文根據使用者的通知採取措施暫停用戶帳號的登錄和使用的，薩爾文應當要求用戶提供並核實與其註冊身份資訊相一致的個人有效身份資訊。
薩爾文核實用戶所提供的個人有效身份資訊與所註冊的身份資訊相一致的，應當及時採取措施暫停用戶帳號的登錄和使用。
薩爾文違反4.1款項的約定，未及時採取措施暫停用戶帳號的登錄和使用，因此而給用戶造成損失的，應當承擔其相應的法律責任。
用戶沒有提供其個人有效身份證件或者用戶提供的個人有效身份證件與所註冊的身份資訊不一致的，薩爾文有權拒絕用戶上述請求。
用戶為了維護其合法權益，向薩爾文提供與所註冊的身份資訊相一致的個人有效身份資訊時，薩爾文應當為用戶提供帳號註冊人證明、原始註冊資訊等必要的協助和支援，並根據需要向有關行政機關和司法機關提供相關證據資訊資料。
使用者有發佈違法資訊、嚴重違背社會公德、以及其他違反法律禁止性規定的行為，薩爾文應當立即終止對使用者提供服務。
使用者在接受薩爾文服務時實施不正當行為的，薩爾文有權終止對使用者提供服務。該不正當行為的具體情形應當在本協議中有明確約定或屬於薩爾文事先明確告知的應被終止服務的禁止性行為，否則，薩爾文不得終止對使用者提供服務。
使用者提供虛假註冊身份資訊，或實施違反本協議的行為，薩爾文有權中止對使用者提供全部或部分服務；薩爾文採取中止措施應當通知用戶並告知中止期間，中止期間應該是合理的，中止期間屆滿薩爾文應當及時恢復對使用者的服務。
薩爾文根據本條約定中止或終止對使用者提供部分或全部服務的，薩爾文應負舉證責任。
關於您提供的個人資料，您有權請求查詢、閱覽、製給複製本、補充、更正、停止蒐集處理、利用或刪除的權利，但薩爾文在符合法律規定之情形下有權拒絕您的請求。

Any party failing to fulfill these obligations, resulting in lost passwords or hacked accounts that cause civil rights damage to users and others, shall bear legal responsibility.
Users have rights and responsibilities for all activities conducted under their registered account.
If users discover unauthorized access to their accounts or abnormal usage, they should immediately notify Solwen according to published procedures and have the right to request temporary suspension of account access and use.
When Solwen takes measures to suspend account access based on user notification, Solwen shall require users to provide and verify valid personal identification information matching their registration information.
When Solwen verifies that the user's valid personal identification information matches their registration information, it shall promptly take measures to suspend account access and use.
If Solwen violates Article 4.1 by failing to promptly suspend account access and use, causing losses to users, it shall bear corresponding legal responsibility.
Solwen has the right to refuse user requests if users fail to provide valid personal identification documents or if provided documents do not match registration information.
When users provide valid personal identification information matching their registration information to protect their legal rights, Solwen shall provide necessary assistance and support, including account registration proof and original registration information, and provide relevant evidence to administrative and judicial authorities as needed.
If users publish illegal information, seriously violate social morality, or engage in other activities prohibited by law, Solwen shall immediately terminate services to such users.
If users engage in improper conduct while using Solwen services, Solwen has the right to terminate services. Such improper conduct must be clearly defined in this agreement or previously notified by Solwen as prohibited behavior warranting service termination; otherwise, Solwen may not terminate services to users.
If users provide false registration information or violate this agreement, Solwen has the right to suspend all or part of its services to users. Solwen shall notify users of suspension measures and duration, which should be reasonable, and shall promptly restore services after the suspension period ends.
Solwen shall bear the burden of proof when suspending or terminating all or part of its services to users according to this article.
Regarding your provided personal data, you have the right to request query, review, copy, supplement, correct, stop collection processing, use or deletion. However, Solwen reserves the right to refuse your request in accordance with legal provisions.
